a book and make up my own story to go with the pictures. At five, I set out to write my first novel. This, of course, was never finished, and I have very unfortunately lost the journal it was written in, but it was the first step on a lifelong writing adventure. I wrote my first full novel at the age of eleven, and by fourteen I had written four. I am, of course, a culprit of the unfortunate tendency writers have to write half a novel and never finish it, but I am consistent in pursuing my dream of becoming an author, and, in the last two years, have become much better at finishing what I start.

I have dreams of adventure and aspirations to one day become a published writer. How? I don’t know yet. When? I suppose when I feel confident that a project is ready. In the meantime, however, I’d like to start sharing more writing, whether it be short stories, musings, or research on topics that interest me. We’ll see what it becomes as time goes on, but for now, I’m just here to write!
